Flossing is too simple

Earlier this month, one of my friends went to the dentist. The hygienist was impressed with her because her gums are much healthier than the last time they come for a cleaning. She told the hygienist are flossing and using mouthwash, she is happy, which was the result of all this. Then she said: "Are you in love?"
The answer is no, but even if so, does not mean that they started flossing because they fell in love. She started flossing for themselves - because the gums are swollen and the search for the red and bleeding. It seemed a good idea to more serious problems such as gum disease and feet.
Let's talk about some of the main reasons why everyone in the Floss. If you are someone else flossing, it will not be a habit. If you floss, you can always have a piece of dental problems (even during those times when you eat massive amounts of ice, because you are desperately alone, huh?)
• brushing provides about 65% of your teeth - and the remaining 35% of dust and filled with acid-producing bacteria.
• The soft stuff starts bacteria called plaque, but if you do not floss The harden into something called tartar, which is much more difficult to remove. (It is the product of your dentist with minor scratches metal hook.)
• Tartare leaving more and more bacteria to build and attack your gums and inflammation of the gums and periodontics. Finally, glue and FMD untreated can cause problems to problems with the jaw bone and tooth loss. Floss or loss.
• According to some studies, bacteria in the mouth can lead to heart disease. The neck arteries of people who seem thicker many bacteria in the mouth, which can lead to heart problems later.
• Flossing is also the risk of diabetes and diabetes complications. Periodontal disease appears to make insulin resistance worse, which can lead to various complications, including (possibly) the diabetes itself.
With a lot of reasons that those who have no reason to floss? Now it is time to start a good habit to floss every day - for you, your mouth, your heart, your life.
